Because our products are laboratory research materials, all sales are final after shipment. We cannot accept products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or returned without authorization.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@paynbioscience.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.
